The vertical strands that are fixed on a loom, creating the initial framework for the fabric that will be created, are known as the "warp."  Our "Warp Team" anchors Conference Weaving engagements by providing structure, coordination, facilitation, hosting, invitation, etc. in order to hold space for the participants in our convenings to engage in powerful and emergent ways.
